Terms of Use

Last updated: September 2026

These terms apply to access to and use of Shadowrocket Guide. This site is the official Shadowrocket website and manual, with information on verifying the genuine app, purchasing and installing it, configuring it, and using its features. Read these terms before acting on information provided here. App purchases and related transactions are also subject to the applicable rules stated on the App Store product page.

1. Website Content and Scope

This documentation explains Shadowrocket’s interface, features, and configuration. It does not guarantee suitability for any particular purpose, connection results, or uninterrupted service. App screens and features may change. If the documentation differs from the current interface, check the prompts in the app before proceeding.

Shadowrocket is available exclusively on Apple platforms, and these instructions focus on iPhone and iPad. Refer to the App Store product page for system requirements, device compatibility, and purchase availability. You are responsible for determining whether the documentation applies to your device and existing configuration.

2. Purchase and Service Boundaries

Shadowrocket is a paid, closed-source commercial app available exclusively from the App Store product page. Before purchasing, verify the developer, Shadow Launch Technology Limited, the official icon, and app ID 932747118. Pricing, payment, refunds, and restoring purchases are governed by the store page and applicable rules.

A one-time app purchase does not include a network access plan. This site does not provide, sell, or recommend nodes or subscriptions, and does not provide connection services. Import instructions assume that you already have your own subscription or server details. Buying the app does not grant access to a server. You are responsible for confirming the validity and authorized scope of any existing service.

3. Lawful Use and User Responsibilities

You must comply with the laws, regulations, network management requirements, and service terms applicable where you are located and wherever your activities take place. Do not use the app or this site’s content for unlawful purposes. Do not use related features to infringe others’ rights, access systems without authorization, disrupt network operations, or handle data without the necessary legal authority.

Keep subscription URLs, connection credentials, and configuration files secure. Do not disclose sensitive information in public feedback. Before changing Config, rules, or connection parameters, save a backup that you can restore. Before importing an external configuration, understand its source, purpose, and how it may change data routing.

4. Availability and Limitation of Liability

The app is sold through the App Store; this site’s documentation does not replace the store’s transaction terms. Network conditions, device status, system settings, and services you already use may affect results. This site does not guarantee continuous access to its pages or documentation, or that sample configurations will suit every environment.

To the extent permitted by applicable law, this site is not liable for unavailability, data loss, or related indirect losses arising from differences in content, service interruptions, configuration errors, or actions taken based on the documentation. You are responsible for assessing risks and keeping necessary backups. These terms do not exclude or limit liability where the law prohibits such exclusion or limitation, or diminish any rights you have under applicable law.

5. Intellectual Property and Use of Content

The Shadowrocket trademark, app, and related intellectual property belong to its developer or the respective rights holders. Official icons and screenshots displayed on this site are used to identify the product and explain its use. Their display does not transfer any intellectual property rights or grant permission to redistribute the app.

Original documents and page content on this site are protected by applicable law. When quoting them, cite the source and preserve necessary context; do not distort their meaning or create content that could mislead readers about its source. Respect any other rights associated with the material. Public accessibility alone does not mean that content is free to use without restriction.

6. Changes to These Terms and Support

These terms may be revised to reflect legal requirements, changes in service scope, or documentation maintenance. Revisions and the update month will be published on this page. Updated terms apply to subsequent use from the time they are published, unless applicable law requires otherwise. Check this page before using related content.

For help with app features, see Troubleshooting or Quick Start. For purchase and restore issues, see the Download Guide. When describing an issue, include only the necessary interface terms, steps, and error details. Do not share passwords, full subscription URLs, or other sensitive information.
